1. This is an appeal by Electroscon Sdn. Bhd., the Defendant in the Sessions Court, against the decision of the learned Sessions Court Judge (SCJ) dated 18 June 2025. The learned SCJ allowed the Plaintiff's claim for RM900,267.52 and dismissed the Defendant's counterclaim for alleged overpayment. The Defendant now appeals against the whole decision. I heard the appeal, and after careful consideration of the Record of Appeal and the written submissions of both parties, I dismiss the appeal, uphold the decision of the SCJ and affirm the dismissal of the counterclaim.
