Appeal against the decision of the Director General of Manpower dated 8.8.2025 which allowed the Respondent's annual leave and maternity allowance. Appellant contended that parties recorded a full and final settlement of the Respondent's claim before the DGIR. A perusal of the settlement showed that it was only a full and final settlement of her claim for reinstatement. She had not agreed to forgo her claim for statutory benefits. Appeal dismissed.
