The parties agreed, and the Court directed that both actions be heard together. Having considered the pleadings, the evidence, the documentary exhibits, and the submissions of the parties, I find that Wong has established her claim in Suit 219. As for Suit 469, Bimach has failed to prove its claim against Wong and Lee Chung Hoong. I also dismiss Wong and Lee Chung Hoong's counterclaim, as the evidence does not establish abuse of process.
