1. This is an appeal by the Appellant (“Defendant”) against the Sessions Court’s decision dated 24 September 2024 which allowed the Respondent’s (“Plaintiff”) claim for RM401,582.00, with interest and costs. 2. The Defendant appealed on the grounds that inadmissible documents were wrongly accepted. 3. Upon review, this Court finds that the documents were properly admitted under section 90A of the Evidence Act 1950 and that the Plaintiff had proven delivery and acceptance of goods. 4. There is no error warranting appellate intervention. 5. The appeal is dismissed with costs of RM6,000.00, subject to allocator.
