Law of contract - an established principle of law that an agreement must be interpreted according to the wordings therein - the Defendant has the right to terminate the agreement despite there is no provision on the termination of agreement therein- it is not the business of the court to interfere with written terms of the contract especially on each party’s obligations since they had been mutually agreed by the parties.
