Pendahuluan [1] Di dalam kes Rayuan Sivil No. NA-12B-8-08/2024 ini pihak Perayu-Perayu (Defendan-Defendan) telah memfailkan Notis Rayuan bertarikh 13.8.2024 di bawah Lampiran - 1 terhadap sebahagian keputusan yang telah diberikan oleh Hakim Mahkamah Sesyen Kuala Pilah (“HMS”) bertarikh pada 30.7.2024 berkenaan dengan isu kuantum iaitu berkaitan dengan awad-awad yang telah diberikan untuk kecederaan, “closed fracture midshaft of the left femur”, “PCL Injury” dan juga “custom made special shoes with bilateral insole” kepada Responden (Plaintif). [2] Selanjutnya, Responden (Plaintif) juga telah memfailkan Notis Rayuan bertarikh 9.8.2024 (Di dalam Kes Rayuan Sivil No. NA-12B-7-08/2024) terhadap keseluruhan keputusan Hakim Mahkamah Sesyen Kuala Pilah (“HMS”) bertarikh pada 30.7.2024 tersebut di atas iaitu berkaitan dengan isu liabiliti dan kuantum.
