Asas Permohonan Lampiran 55: Atas kelewatan memfailkan Lampiran 54, Defendan telah memfailkan Lampiran 55 ini bagi membatalkan Lampiran 54 tersebut. Defendan bergantung kepada Aturan 37 kaedah 1 Kaedah-Kaedah Mahkamah 2012 dalam Lampiran 55 yang memperuntukkan bahawa: “(1) Where judgement is given for damages to be assessed and no provision is made by the judgement as to how they are to be assessed, the damages shall, subject to the provisions of this Order, be assessed by the Registrar, and the party entitled to the benefit of the judgement shall, within one month from the date of the judgement, apply to the Registrar for directions and the provisions of Order 34 shall, with the necessary modifications, apply.”
