Dangerous Drugs- couriered items- boxes P55 to P59 which were suspected to contain drugs-innocent carrier- appellant had collected P55-P59 by providing the tracking numbers, had pushed P55-P59 on a trolley to the Toyota Vios car from which he then loaded 2 boxes into the said car- HCJ concluded from this that the appellant had custody and control of the impugned drugs- wilful blindness- appellant only noticed his face on P27 before signing the consignment notes, his suspicions would surely have been aroused but he nonetheless did not call Gemok to express his shock- his suspicions ought to have been aroused-sentencing- only one of the 4 conditions in section 39B (2A) needs to be satisfied
