[15] The Appellants have failed to demonstrate any error in the Sessions Court’s findings on the issues of the Rebate Letter, misrepresentation, or defective construction. The decision to dismiss the claims by the Session Court was sound and supported by the evidence and legal principles. Additionally, applying the principle of appellate interference, this Court finds that the decision of the Sessions Court was not plainly wrong. Absent of such a finding, appellate interference is unwarranted. For the reasons above, the appeal is dismissed with costs of RM10,000 to the Respondent.
