The declarations by the Session Court that the delivery for vacant possession of the said Property was 48 months as per the SPA is not disturbed although the legal basis is corrected by this Court. The declaration that the date of the delivery of vacant possession is 11.9.2020 is set aside. The other two declarations are not disturbed. Costs of RM10,000 is awarded to the Appellants.
