[1] This is the Plaintiff’s Application for Discovery (Enclosure 14) under Order 24 Rule 3 and/or Rule 7 and/or Order 12 of the Rules of Court 2012 (ROC 2012). [2] This Court allows Enclosure 14 in part, by allowing only the valuation report dated 19.05.2020 pertaining to a land held under HSD 3457, PT 457, Mukim Klang, Daerah Klang, Negeri Selangor (Land) but not Minutes of the Cabinet meeting. The reasons are as deliberated. [3] Accordingly, this Court is of the view that the valuation report is adequate in regards to the issue pertaining to the purchase price and the reason for the revaluation of the Land. [4] After a thorough and careful evaluation of all the evidence presented, including the written and oral submissions by learned Counsels, this Court allows Enclosure 14 in part by allowing only the Valuation Report dated 19.05.2020.
