After full trial, I found that Betanaz Sdn Bhd (Betanaz) and Ahmad Zaki Resources Berhad (AZRB) succeeded in proving its case while AEON has failed. I entered a final judgment against AEON Co.(M) Bhd (AEON). 3. The OS is dismissed with cost against AEON. A date is to be fixed to assess damages for the ex-parte injunction.
