Orders [79] In light of all the findings by this Court, the Plaintiff’s suit is dismissed in its entirety. The Plaintiff is hereby ordered to pay costs to the Defendants. The 1st Defendant, the 2nd Defendant and the Plaintiff himself leave it to this Court’s discretion. The 3rd Defendant, on the other hand prayed for costs of RM20,000.00 as he had attempted to strike out the suit and when it was dismissed, the costs was ordered to be in the cause. [80] This Court was mindful that it took three days of trial. Several witnesses, documentary evidence and submissions were produced for this Court’s due consideration. In the premises, this Court considers it just to award costs which is to be paid forthwith, as follows: (a) RM15,000.00 to the 1st Defendant (b) RM15,000.00 to the 2nd Defendant (c) RM20,000.00 to the 3rd Defendant
