Introduction 1.The Plaintiff’s claim against both the Defendants is for wrongful termination of employment. The Plaintiff was appointed as an Associate professor of the University of Nottingham in the Malaysian campus (UNM). 2.The 1st Defendant is the entity which runs UNM whereas the 2nd Defendant is the entity based in the United Kingdom. 3.The case proceeded for a full trial based on oral evidence of witnesses as well Statement of Agreed Facts, Issues to be tried and Bundle of Documents filed on the direction of the Court.
