In Originating Summons No. WA-24C-22-01/2025 (OS 22), Setia Utama LRT3 Sdn Bhd (“SULSB”) had applied to this Court under enclosure 1 (Enclosure 1) to set aside the Adjudication Decision dated 6.1.2025 (“AD”) given in favour of Siemens Mobility Sdn Bhd (“SMSB”), Siemens Mobility GMBH (“SGMBH”) and Rasma Corporation Sdn Bhd (“RC”) who are collectively an unincorporated association (Consortium) pursuant to sections 15 (b) and (d) of the Construction Industry Payment an Adjudication Act 2012 (CIPAA 2012).
