The High Court held that the interim order was merely an interlocutory order preserving the disputed retention sum pending arbitration, and not a decision on the substance of the dispute. Accordingly, OS 53 to set aside the order was dismissed, while OS 55 to recognise and enforce the interim measure was allowed.
