I am satisfied that the accused had caused such injury which lead to the death of the deceased as defined in any one of the limbs under section 302 Penal Code. The accused however, based on reasons stated above, is acquitted and discharged by reason of unsoundness of mind and sent to Hospital Bahagia Ulu Kinta, Tanjung Malim, Perak for further treatment as provided under section 348 Criminal Procedure Code.
